OVERVIEW
The professional staff at Real Property Services, LLC will represent you as your tax consultant, reviewing your real estate tax situation and assessing your savings potential. Our client base ranges from multi-national companies, utility companies and commercial real estate Investors, to single-family residential owners. Our services are provided on a local, state-wide, and national basis.

EXPERIENCE
RPS has extensive experience in both real estate valuation and tax assessment grievance proceedings. Donald A. Griebner, founder and President of RPS, is a NYS Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. He enjoys over 20 years of appraisal experience and holds a BA in Economics and an MBA in Finance from the University at Buffalo.

DATABASE
RPS maintains an extensive database of real estate sales and rental data which is essential to providing an effective assessment appeal.

DIRECT NEGOTIATIONS
RPS negotiates directly with assessors and other decision makers during the assessment review process. Since the burden of proof fails on the property owner in assessment cases, our experience, data and technical expertise enable us to more effectively assist you in all phases of the assessment process.
